Cambridge Networks offer 4 levels of support to their clients:-

PAYG:        Pay as you go support for those clients around cambridge that want support as and when.

This typical client would have a low risk computing environment that does not require a support contract.

CAP Lite:     Computer Assurance Program Lite offers a guarenteed support package for your workstations.

The typical client would require a level of support, however does not need a fast response and will pay for onsite support on a pay as you go basis.  Please note that CAP Lite is usually used in conjuction with both CAP and CAP Plus packages.
