Cambridge Networks offer 4 levels of flexible support to their clients:-
PAYG: Pay as you go support for those clients around cambridge that want support as and when, without the need for a contract and who do not need a defined response time.
This typical client would have a low risk computing environment that does not require a support contract.
CAP Lite: Computer Assurance Program Lite offers a guarenteed telephone/remote support package for your workstations, with additional charges for onsite support. No proactive monitoring, health checks or reporting offered on this package. Ideal for remote workers within a business where a CAP or CAP Plus package exists.
The typical client would require a level of support, however does not need a fast response and will pay for onsite support on a pay as you go basis. Please note that CAP Lite is usually used in conjuction with both CAP and CAP Plus packages. Discounted rates are offered to clients with more than 5 machines on our CAP Lite package.
CAP: Computer Assurance Program Offers a guarenteed support package as with CAP Lite, however offers a 4 hour response time for servers and workstations for remote and telephone support, monitoring and healt checks are also offered on an monthly basis as well as a reporting service. Onsite support is charged as a seperate fee, however discounted over the CAP Lite option.

CAP Plus: Computer Assurance Program pluse Offers a guarenteed support package as
with CAP, however offers the on site function all included on a monthly tarrif.
