This piece of news could not wait until Novembers listing, it just too good to miss. Does Instant Email to your phone sound interesting? I know it’s not ground shaking news, however we have been evaluating a new Nokia E61 handset for a client and after much playing, tweaking and configuration we have implemented a direct push solution from our new mail server to the Nokia handset.
Greg Sewell, Technical Director of Cambridge Networks is really excited about this, saying 'Instant email to a handset is not new by any means, however to us and our clients it is now a real possibility and a useful and useable solution. We have several clients who have been looking for a way to have email to their phones without investing in Blackberry’s or using 3G enabled laptops. Watch this space from now on, we will now be letting all of our clients who have an Exchange 2003 server know we can successfully deliver a true push email solution that will not break the band and will work consistently'.
Cambridge Networks are focused on providing only truly workable solutions, so much so we will only recommend a solution if we are using it internally. Why not call us for a demo?
