This corporate support solution has been
made available to the SME business primarily due to the investment Cambridge
Networks have been willing to make. There
are two main reasons for this investment, first being the added level of
support this will give to our clients and the most important one being the
amount of time this will free up allowing Cambridge Networks to work ‘Smarter
rather than Harder’.
Greg Sewell, Technical Director at
Cambridge Networks has worked in the IT industry at all levels from SME through
to Corporate where he was involved with a 4000 user environment working
alongside two of the largest outsourcing facilitators in the UK, so has seen
where the pitfalls can be and what needs to be done to both get the job done
and well as keep the client happy and informed.
'SME businesses should not be penalised because
they cannot afford the systems offered by the corporate support solutions. More importantly they should not be expected
to pay corporate rates for this level of service'.
Cambridge Networks have committed to a four
year investment plan that will give their current and new clients the access to
the new support offerings alongside the current support packages offered. CAP & CAP Plus will stay the same and
will continue to offer the proactive and reactive support services, however
they will additionally offer the Kaseya solution within these packages.
This investment in aimed at improving how
Cambridge Networks manage their client’s expectations and how their computing
environment performs. We have decided to
review our pricing structure and support offering early June 2008 where we will
be able to gauge how the new solution is working alongside our current
offering.
