How about this for dedication and response. One of our PAYG clients who are a renowned events company organising dragon boat festivals, Its a knockout challenges and corporate fun days, called one of our technicians at 9:15am on ,Saturday asking for help. The Cambridge Dragon Boat Festival was about to kick off at 10:00 and their onsite computer system was mouseless. Luckily enough the technician was attending the festival to compete in the BNI Granta team for the day. A quick call to the onsite team and a short detour to Tesco's provided relief to the event's organiser. So from a call being logged at 9:15 and the call being resoved by 9:45, this has to be one of the quickest resolved onsite support calls ever. Another 2 issues were dealt with during the day, including a missing printer driver and a screen resolution issue.
