What a excellent month October has been. Several sucess stories to talk about;
A new team member will be joining us in November , Catherine Barnett, (CAT), will join the admin team to assist Kirsty with the day to day administration duties. Cat will be focusing on helpdesk call logging as well as administration duties within the office.
Several new support clients have come onboard to both Cap lite, Cap and Cap Plus. We are constantly adjusting our support packages so that we can offer our clients the best level of support both reactively as well as proactively.
Several new solutions have now been installed this month, including a solution for remote access utilising terminal services and sage accounting software.
More exciting news to come in November.
