The Computer Assurance Program Lite(CAP Lite) from Cambridge Networks is now our entry level offering to clients who only want the reactive service offering without the monthly health checks and monitoring.  The support you need for the price you want to pay.

CAP lite has reduced callout times and reduced levels of service.  Cap lite is great for remote users of the company where CAP and CAP has been implemented. 
An example would be a home worker or remote worker.

All of the CAP  services (CAP lite , CAP and CAP Plus)  are payable on a monthly direct debit basis to allow our clients the freedom of knowing that they are supported when they most need it.

In order to maintain low monthly rates we do ask our clients to commit to these programmes on a 12 month basis.  You may however terminate this agreement at any time upon 30 days notice in writing.
