Contract Terms

All Customers have a Master Managed Services Agreement (MSSA), in the form of an Agreed Quote. The MSSA and any other quotes will be subject to the Cambridge Networks Master Service Terms (MST) that is current at the time of the quote (version number referenced in the quote)

In addition, Quotes may reference Service Schedules with respect to specific services included in that Quote:

• CAP Managed Support

• Backup of Servers, Cloud Services and Workstations

• Microsoft 365 Services

• Third Party Services
