Even though we are not physically on-site, we can usually support you quickly and securely.
In most situations, our support team will connect to your device using our remote management tools that are already installed.
If this is not possible, one of our support technicians may direct you to this page and ask you to download a temporary remote support application so we can view your screen and assist you.
Please only download and run remote support software when a Cambridge Networks support technician has specifically asked you to do so.
If you are ever unsure about who you are speaking to, do not enable a remote support connection. Instead, pause and contact Cambridge Networks directly so we can confirm the request.
